Layers

There is beauty in the mundanity of “mistakes.” The mistake in this case being the subtly different hues with which graffiti is painted over. Never quite the same color, temporary but never quite gone either. Despite the cover up, the mark of something that was there exists. Another layer on another wall in another part of the city. Everything exists beneath a layer and everyday another layer is added.
